Known for Man vs. Wild, The Island with Bear Grylls, and Surviving The Island, Bear now looks to take his Alpha courses to the next level.

One of my all time favourite London locations is the old electronic score board at Crystal Palace athletics track, the names that have been on here from Coe and Ovett through to names that could have been on here like Bolt and Farah.

In his new gym under the arches in London’s Vauxhall we photograph the the former World Champion heavy weight boxer go through his paces for Shortlist ahead of his O2 fight on the 21st May against The Cobra.
His trainer Shane McGuigan made sure there was no let up in the pace as The Haymaker plots his comeback.
